Will picked up my new fur baby, Cromed Pale Face aka "Hitch" - my NRHA Futurity prospect for 2018.  This was a long trip, from Alberta Canada to Pilot Point, Texas, approx 2600 miles.  He was the consummate professional from A to Z.   From the beginning he explained all the paperwork necessary to import Hitch, he forwarded all the docs,  explained in detail how everything would go.  He was in communication with all parties who traveled together - the other horse owners and we rooted each other on as the horses were delivered one by one.  We all received reports daily about how the horses were doing - eating, drinking, pictures and updates on location and where he stopped each night.   Hitch arrived January 14th, that colt was healthy and happy. I thank you Will Workman for the a most outstanding job transporting my beautiful boy to me.  I give him a 10 star rating.  It was such a pleasure working with you. I am forever thankful for your professionalism, genuine kindness and care you gave Hitch from his odyssey from Canada to Texas.

We bought horses in Tennessee and were trying to find a horse transporter that we could use who was familiar with all that is required to bring them across the border into Canada.  Will Workman and 2W Custom Hauling was recommended to us. Will answered our questions and was able to provide us with all documentation that was requested to ease our minds (i.e. references, licenses, showing us his spotless trailer, lay-overs…. the list goes on). He was very familiar with the entire process as this is what he does for a living and told us how it would work not only with him, but with the broker as well, whom he kindly arranged for us. We encountered a temporary problem, thereby necessitating changes regarding transportation dates which was a matter of about a week. Will had within 1/2 hour come up with new plans to deliver our horses. He kept us well informed numerous times daily with pictures and texts, is a person that you can tell really takes pride in his profession, and truly cares about the horses well-being. Our animals arrived in top-notch state. It was a relief to have someone like Will who was able to come up with solutions to any ‘hiccups’ that arose.

We “Definitely” recommend Will to anyone that needs a cross border horse transporter and would not hesitate to use 2W Custom Hauling again.

Will at 2W Custom Hauling is a consummate professional and a compassionate horseman.  He rescued my mare and her yearling that were abandoned in Idaho from a  haul gone bad and delivered them to me over 1600 miles north.  He is not only an excellent hauler, but is NSC/USDOT compliant and commercially insured.   I can't recommend him enough and wouldn't hesitate to hire him to haul any of my horses any distance.  Thank you, Will!

Will has hauled for me twice now, a stubborn off the track, a retired event horse and an extremely valuable new mount for a boarder. I think my long haul days are over! Nothing is too much trouble for 2W, the attention to detail and individual plan is second to none. I received updates regularly and was more than satisfied with the care and driving ability. I did my research into Will as a person and horse handler and could not find a negative report including from my equine vet and that's high praise indeed. My horses from Ottawa to Brandon hopped of the trailer fresh and healthy. I can only say you get what you pay for and my money was well spent and worth every penny. Thanks Will.

Will was referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the job that he did. His trailer was impeccable (seriously... a horse trailer), and he transported my horse all the way from Ottawa to near Brandon, MB without any hiccups; schedule went as planned and he let me know all along how it was going - that was really appreciated as my horse was being retired after eventing at a high level because of Navicular problems, and so he needed a little bit of extra care

Loved having Will ship my horses. Very easy to deal with, great rates (ON-BC), excellent service. Will texted me pictures of the horses at each Gorgeous barn he stopped at, so I could rest easy during their travels. I sent a very pregnant mare on the trip and she was treated like a queen the whole time. Really happy as a first time customer, and I will definitely be sending a lot of business his way!!

Words can't describe the care and attention the horses get. My guy was spoiled if anything and was treated like the precious cargo he is. Nightly updates of videos and pictures were given, each night stop had an area for the horses to stretch their legs and there was constant communication regarding the trip. I highly recommend to anyone!

I had Will haul two of my precious Drum girls down from Canada to the North Dakota/South Dakota border. He impressed me from the beginning and the girls looked great when they came off the trailer. He was very good with them and a very personable person. Will pays really close attention to detail on everything. I love the fact that he takes pictures of the horses and sends them to you so you know they are doing okay. Good job Will I would have you again in a heartbeat..

Will just hauled my Quarter Horse gelding from Glencoe, Ontario to Virden, Manitoba for me and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He kept me updated every night with pictures and videos.
